SI5391B-A-GM Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. As part of the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. There is a Clock PLL called LVCMOS, Crystal which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. An upper frequency limit of 350MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. There should be 1.71V~3.47V provided with this RF synthesizer. The ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C, which is estimated by the test statistics. CML, HCSL, LVDS, LVPECL, LVCMOS is designed for clock generator's output. This electronic component can be classified into Clock Generator.
