SI5335A-B07629-GMR Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. In the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. 1.98V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 1.71V. The operating temperature should be kept below 85°C. The clock generator ic can synthesi350MHze a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz. This frequency generator may fail to start up if the ambient temp is lower than -40°C. ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY can also be founded when using frequency generators.
