SI5335A-B05531-GMR Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer.
