SI5332AD09097-GM2 Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. The 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVCMOS, Crystal as its input. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility.
