SI5335D-B06797-GMR Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. In the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. In it, there are 24 terminations to be found. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. 1.98V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. If the frequency generator's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may pose a ha85°Card. In this clock-generating clock generator ic, a frequency of 200MHz is synthesi200MHzed for high-quality output. The operating temperature should be kept above -40°C. The RF synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for improved clock signal output.
