SI5335B-B04809-GM Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. There are a total of 24 terminations in this file. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.98V of power. The frequency generator has a ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature to improve the output of clock signals.
