HMC700LP4 Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Bulk package. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 235 when reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3.3V. There is a Clock PLL called CMOS which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. Providing a maximum frequency of 8GHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. There are 2.7V~5.5V available for use with this clock PLL. By calculating the test statistics, -40°C~85°C is the appropriate ambient temperature. This electronic component is usually classified as a Integer-N/Fractional-N component. This clock-generating IC is a 24-bit device designed explicitly for microprocessors. The related electronic parts of part number HMC700 are listed below. There is a 24 pin that is available on the frequency synthesizers. RF synthesizers can handle a voltage of 5V as the supply voltage. Time clock generator requires a supply current of 90mA to fully function.
