RPMD-0100 Overview
In order to protect these photodiodes from damage, they are packaged in the Cut Tape (CT). It is necessary to place the photodiodes into 2-SMD, No Lead packages in order to protect them from damage. A continuous reverse-bias mode can only sustain 60V voltage per photodiode. Continuously reverse-bias the photodiodes shouldn't exceed 60V. Without light, a photodiode has 500pA current.
