Two specialized N-Channel MOSFETs are contained in this twin MLP package device. To make it easier to insert and route synchronous buck converters, the switch node has been internally connected. For maximum power efficiency, the control MOSFET (Q1) and synchronous SyncFETTM (Q2) have been designed.
