The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. A Clock PLL is included with the 32-LQFP package. A maximum temperature of 240 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 32 terminations. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. There is a Clock PLL called Crystal which is designed to be the input to this clock generator.
