Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. It contains 64 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 712.5MHz Max. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. The number of uPs/uCs/PEripheral ICs contained in this clock generator is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 1.71V~3.47V. Using the test statistics, it is estimated that the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. In this case, we are dealing with a frequency synthesizer that can be used with CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels. The frequency generator is equipped with 64 pins. The output frequency can be magnified as high as possible with the assistance of 10 signal outputs. For the RF synthesizer to function properly, a supply current of 125mA must be provided.
