ICS1562BM-201T Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. This clock generator is embedded in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. The input of this clock generator is designed to be CMOS, TTL, Crystal. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 260MHz maximum. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. Clock generator ic works with 4.75V~5.25V. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to 0°C~70°C. CMOS, PECL is designed for clock generator's output.
