TheseMJE13005 devices are specially designed for high-voltage, high-speed high-speed switching induction circuits, in which drop time is critical. They are particularly suitable for 115V and 220V SWITCHMODE applications such as switching voltage regulators, inverters, motor controls, solenoid valve / relay drivers and deflection circuits.
