KSP94TA Overview
As explained above, DC current gain takes into account the rate at which the base current flows through the collector current; therefore, DC current gain for this device is 50 @ 10mA 10V.With a collector emitter saturation voltage of -750mV, it offers maximum design flexibility.A VCE saturation (Max) of 750mV @ 5mA, 50mA means Ic has reached its maximum value(saturated). If the emitter base voltage is kept at -6V, a high level of efficiency can be achieved.According to definition, current rating describes the maximum current a fuse can carry indefinitely without deteriorating too much, and this device has no current rating. This device can take an input voltage of 400V volts before it breaks down.In extreme cases, the collector current can be as low as 300mA volts.
