The ISL9V3040D3ST is an EcoSPARK? I N-channel Ignition IGBT suitable for use in automotive ignition circuits and specifically as a coil driver. Internal diodes provide voltage clamping without the need for external components. The ISL9V3040D3ST is offered in the TO-252AA package. It is specified for operation from –40°C to +175°C. The ISL9V3040D3ST is the next-generation ignition IGBTs that offer outstanding SCIS capability in the space-saving D-Pak (TO-252) packages.
