ISL9V2040S3ST Description
ISL9V2040S3ST is a member of N-channel ignition IGBTs provided by ON Semiconductor. It provides outstanding SCIS capability in the space-saving D-Pak package. ISL9V2040S3ST IGBT is specifically designed for automotive ignition coil driver circuits based on its characteristics. Its internal diodes is able to provide voltage clamping without the need for external components.
