DC current gain in this device equals 200 @ 100mA 2V, which is the ratio of the base current to the collector current.This design offers maximum flexibility with a collector emitter saturation voltage of 150mV.In VCE saturation, Ic is at its maximum value (saturated), and the vce saturation (Max) is 225mV @ 15mA, 750mA.The emitter base voltage can be kept at 5V for high efficiency.Maximum collector currents can be below 1.5A volts.
