2SD1801S-E Overview
In this device, the DC current gain is 140 @ 100mA 2V, which is the ratio between the base current and the collector current.As a result of vce saturation, Ic reaches its maximum value (saturated), and vce saturation(Max) is 400mV @ 50mA, 1A.Keeping the emitter base voltage at 6V can result in a high level of efficiency.In extreme cases, the collector current can be as low as 2A volts.
