PL102-10TC Overview
It is packaged using the Tube method since it is a clock IC. There is a clock generator embedded in the SOT-23-6 package. It contains 6 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 2.5V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be Clock.
