The RF modulator operates on the basis of the frequency 300MHz~500MHz.This RF IC features an enhanced SOT-23-6 package .The RF modulator is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) package.Ideally, you should place this RF modulator on a Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.This integrated circuit has 6 terminations designed for driving and receiving signals from data.This is a 6-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control.It must be below 85°C when the RF switch IC's system is operating.This RF switch IC must be able to operate at a minimum of -40°C degrees Celsius during normal operation.
