SFD25 Overview
RF modulator operates based on the frequency of 5MHz~2.4GHz.RF IC with the enhanced Module package.There is a Bulk package for this RF modulator.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.4-pin driver chip with enhanced power dissipation.It operates with the RF switch IC's maximal operating temperature of 85°C to ensure its reliability.This RF switch IC should not operate at a temperature lower than -55°C.
