This RF IC features an enhanced 40-WFQFN Exposed Pad package .In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Tube format.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, this RF modulator can be placed.In order to drive and receive signals from data, this RF module has 40 terminations integrated.The RF module has improved power dissipation control.
