HMC583LP5ETR Overview
Based on the frequency of 11.5GHz~12.8GHz, RF modulator operates.This RF IC features an enhanced 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package .In the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this RF modulator is mounted.You can place this RF modulator to any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.This integrated circuit has 32 terminations designed for driving and receiving signals from data.A 32-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control is featured here.During operation, the RF switch IC's temperature must be below 85°C.A minimum operating temperature of -40°C should not be reached by this RF switch IC.
