This RF modulator operates at 70MHz~150MHz frequency.An excellent RF IC thanks to its enhanced SOT-23-6 package.This RF modulator is mounted in the Tape & Reel (TR) package.A Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used to place this RF modulator.RF module has 6 terminations built in for driving or receiving signals from data.An enhanced power dissipation RF module with 6 pins.It must be below 85°C when the RF switch IC's system is operating.This RF switch IC should not operate at a temperature lower than -40°C.
