RF modulator operates based on the frequency of 9.9GHz~12.7GHz.This RF IC features an enhanced 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad package .The Tape & Reel (TR) package houses this RF modulator.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.This RF module has 16 terminations for driving and receiving data signals.A 16-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control is featured here.
