HMC931LP4ETR Overview
Based on the frequency of 8GHz~12GHz, RF modulator operates.The enhanced 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package makes it an excellent RF IC.Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to mount this RF modulator.PCBs or development boards with Surface Mount-types can accommodate this RF modulator.There are 24 terminations in this RF module so that signals can be driven from the data and received.This is a 24-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control.
