HMC189AMS8 Overview
RF modulator operates at 2GHz~4GHz frequency.An excellent RF IC thanks to its enhanced 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package.Strip package is used to mount this RF modulator.You can place this RF modulator to any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.In this RF module, 8 terminations are integrated for driving and receiving signals from data.8-pin driver chip with enhanced power dissipation.A RF switch IC's temperature of less than 85°C is required for operation.There must be at least -40°C minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC.
