MTPD1346E-100 Overview
The photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk in order to prevent damage to them. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into TO-46-3 Lens Top Metal Can packages. Continuous reverse-bias means the photodiodes can withstand only 5V voltage.
