MTPD1346D-100 Overview

It is necessary to place the photodiodes into TO-46-3 Lens Top Metal Can packages in order to protect them from damage. A continuous reverse-bias mode can only sustain 5V voltage per photodiode. Continuously reverse-bias the photodiodes shouldn't exceed 5V. Without light, a photodiode has 200nA current.
