SLD-70BG2A Overview
It is necessary to enclose the photodiodes in Radial packages for safety purposes. As long as the photodiodes are operated in reverse- bias mode continuously, their maximum voltage is 50V. There are 2 pins on the photodiodes. A photodiode conducts 100nA current without light input.
