VTD206KH Overview
To protect the photodiodes, they are packed in the Bulk. Photodiodes are protected by Radial, Side View packages in order to ensure their safety. When reverse-bias is applied continuously, the photodiodes are able to withstand only 50V voltage. Pins 2 are present on the photodiodes.
