PDV-C173SM Overview
In order to prevent damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). It is necessary to enclose the photodiodes in 2-SMD, No Lead packages for safety purposes. As long as the photodiodes are operated in reverse- bias mode continuously, their maximum voltage is 60V. It is important that the reverse-bias voltage of the photodiodes do not exceed 60V continuously. A photodiode conducts 4nA current without light input.
