TEMD1020 Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package protects these photodiodes from damage. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into SMD/SMT packages. Reverse-bias photodiodes should not be operated above 60V permanently. A photodiode is equipped with 2 pins. A circuit made up of photodiodes could release heat 75mW. It is recommended that the reverse anode voltage on the photodiodes be 60V. It is generally recommended that the maximum heat released by photodiodes should be 75mW in a circuit. If the reverse voltage is set to 60V, the photodiodes can work effectively. When current flows across a photodiode, it needs voltage 1.3V. Without light input, a photodiode will produce 1nA current.
