MTAPD-06-004 Product Details

MTAPD-06-004 Overview

Bulk is used to protect the photodiodes from damage. A safety package containing the photodiodes is provided for their protection. When photodiodes are continuously reverse-biased, the maximum voltage they can withstand is 160V. When the photodiodes are reverse-biased, the voltage should never exceed 160V. The current in a photodiode is 50pA even when there is no light input.
