ODD-5WISOL Overview
The photodiodes are packaged in the Tray in order to prevent damage to them. In reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes are capable of withstanding a maximum voltage of 60V. It is recommended that the photodiodes are maintained at a constant voltage of 60V in reverse-bias mode. The photodiode operates at 1nA current even in the absence of light input.
