Based on the frequency of 1.805GHz~1.88GHz, RF modulator operates.This RF IC features an enhanced 4-SMD, No Lead package .The RF modulator is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) package.This RF modulator can be placed on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.There must be a RF switch IC's temperature below 95°C during operation.There must be at least -55°C minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC.
