LTR-526AB Overview

As a result of the photodiodes, a circuit could produce 150mW heat. In general, the maximum heat generated by photodiodes should be 150mW in a circuit. In reverse-biased mode, photodiodes could provide 30V. In the absence of light input, the photodiode exhibits a current of 30nA.
