PDB-C132 Overview
Designed to protect these photodiodes against damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. Photodiodes are protected by Radial, 3mm Dia (T-1) packages in order to ensure their safety. It is possible for the photodiodes to withstand 100V voltage in reverse-bias mode on a continuous basis. In reverse-bias mode, the voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 100V continuously. It is possible for a photodiode to produce 1nA even without light input.
