To prevent damage, the photodiodes are packaged in a Bulk. It is necessary to place the photodiodes into Chip with 34 Gauge BUSS Wire packages in order to protect them from damage. In reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes are capable of withstanding a maximum voltage of 75V. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 75V should be maintained for the photodiodes. When photodiodes are operating, the temperature should not exceed 100°C. It should be noted that the photodiodes should be operated at -40°C as a minimum operating temperature. When no light is input, a photodiode will conduct at 15nA current.
