PDI-V480-46 Overview
In order to prevent damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. A safety package containing the photodiodes is provided for their protection. As long as the photodiodes are operated in reverse- bias mode continuously, their maximum voltage is 75V. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 75V should not be exceeded by the photodiodes. Despite the absence of light, photodiodes make 150pA current.
