AUIRGPS4070D0 Description
The AUIRGPS4070D0 is a high-proficiency IGBT (INSULATED GATE BIPOLAR TRANSISTOR) with an ultra-fast soft recovery diode by Infineon and is qualified for automotive industry uses. Thanks to its rugged transient performance, it increases reliability to a large extent. It's preferred in low to mid-range frequency applications. It has a wide operating temperature from -55°C to 175°C.
