VTP1112H Overview
To protect them from damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. For safety reasons, the photodiodes are packaged in Radial, Lensed Metal Can, TO-46-2 packages. When reverse-biased continuously, photodiodes can withstand a maximum voltage of 40V. There are 2 pins on the photodiodes.
