SFH 2430-Z Overview
The photodiodes are packaged in the Cut Tape (CT) to prevent damage. To ensure safety, photodiodes are put into 2-SMD, Gull Wing packages. Continuous reverse-bias means the photodiodes can withstand only 6V voltage.
