VEMD8080 Overview
To prevent damage, the photodiodes are packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR). The photodiodes are put into 8-SMD, No Lead packages for safety protection. As long as the photodiodes are operated continuously in reverse-bias mode, the maximum voltage they can tolerate is 20V.
