PDB-C160SM Product Details

PDB-C160SM Overview

Photodiodes are enclosed in Cut Tape (CT) to prevent damage. Photodiodes are packaged in 2-SMD, Gull Wing packages in order to ensure their safety. Continuous reverse-bias means the photodiodes can withstand only 32V voltage. When reverse-biased, the photodiodes should not continually exceed 32V. There is 2nA current flowing through a photodiode even in the absence of light input.
