MTAPD-07-001 Overview
These photodiodes are packaged in the Strip to protect them from damage. The photodiodes are put into 3-LCC packages for safety protection. In reverse-bias mode on a continual basis, the maximum amount of voltage the photodiodes can withstand is 200V. The voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 200V in reverse-bias mode on a continual basis. Even in the absence of light input, a photodiode occurs 400pA current.
