The maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 32V. As long as the photodiodes are operated in reverse-bias mode, they should not exceed voltage 32V. Photodiode operation should take place at temperatures below 85°C. However, the minimum operating temperature for the photodiodes should be set at -25°C. Despite the absence of light input, a photodiode generates 5nA electrical current.
