OPR5910 Overview


In order to prevent damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Tray. As long as the photodiodes are operated in reverse- bias mode continuously, their maximum voltage is 35V. It is important that the reverse-bias voltage of the photodiodes do not exceed 35V continuously. There are 4 pins on the photodiodes. A photodiode should not operate at a temperature higher than 125°C. For photodiodes, the minimum operating temperature should be -55°C. As a result of reverse-bias, the photodiodes are able to supply 35V. A photodiode conducts 30nA current without light input.
