EAPDLP04SCAA4 Overview
The Bulk protects these photodiodes from damage. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Radial packages. It is possible for the photodiodes to withstand 32V voltage in reverse-bias mode on a continuous basis. Continuously, the reverse-bias voltage should not exceed 32V for the photodiodes. A photodiode occurs even at 5nA current without light input.
