VEMD2503X01 Overview
To protect them from damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). It is necessary to enclose the photodiodes in 2-SMD packages for safety purposes. When the photodiodes are reverse-biased, the voltage should never exceed 60V. 2 pins are present on the photodiodes. Within a circuit, photodiodes could generate 215mW heat. It should be 60V for the reverse anode voltage of the photodiodes. A photodiode must be operated at 1V to carry current. In reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes could supply 60V. A photodiode is capable of conducting 1nA current even without light input.
